The hotel staff is very good. Ramesh and Jaffar were very polite and humble. Their help and guidence was very helpful for us to visiting the city. Hospitality wise its good. I would recommended this hotel if someone is looking for good hospitality. Overall my stay in this hotel is good.

Very clean, tidy, organised place. The service provided by the guys was really good. They were understanding and helpful. The room size was good, we had two rooms with balconies and we were happy. There are no fans and aircons, but that was ok because the temperature was cold anyway, and there was no need. The location of the hotel was OK, just a little uphill that was accessible by car. There was good enough car space. There are restaurants and shops just near by walking distance of the hotel which was really good. Overall, we were happy with our stay!

*The property is well maintained and located in a serene hill. *The view from the Balcony was good. *Breakfast was good *Staff were understanding and friendly *Rooms were clean and comfortable *Main Tourist attractions like Boat house and Garden is nearby Probably will visit again

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a truly fantastic experience. From the moment I checked in, the staff was welcoming, courteous, and always ready to assist. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay.

1. Cleanliness - hotel and rooms were clean. 2. Hospitality - Mr jafar & Mr Ramesh both were very helpful. 3. Hot water - both for drinking and shower 24*7 4. Breakfast - Quality was good. 5. Balcony - room had a balcony too.
